Attorney Jin-Ho King has spent his legal career solving problems. His method? Precision. Mr. King is a partner at the law firm Milligan Rona Duran & King LLC. Mr. King focuses his practice in appeals to the Supreme Judicial Court, the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He also practices in the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and trial courts in Massachusetts and New York.
He represents clients at all stages of litigation, including trial and appeal. His clients have included attorneys, corporations, directors and shareholders, and private individuals.
Mr. King also lectures at the Boston University School of Law, where he teaches legal research and writing in the School of Law's LLM program.
Mr. King earned his Bachelor of Arts in English at Cornell University and his Juris Doctor with Honors at the George Washington University Law School. While in law school, he was elected and served as the editor-in-chief of the George Washington International Law Review.
Mr. King is licensed to practice in the state courts of Massachusetts and New York, the U.S. District Courts for the District of Massachusetts, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First Circuit and the Second Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. King is an active member of the American Bar Association, where he currently serves as a member of the Cybersecurity Legal Task Force and as a member of the Judicial Division Court Technology and Judicial Security Committees.
Mr. King speaks both English and Mandarin Chinese.
